Administrative reports provide detailed, on-demand information about members, content, credits, and other resources and activities in your ArcGIS Online organization. They help administrators monitor and manage various aspects of their organization.

For example, you may want to compare member credit usage to help with credit budgeting, or identify items with the most views and how these items are shared, categorized, and more.

A variety of report types are available to meet your needs. To learn more about each report type, how to find and run a report, and how to schedule a report to run automatically, check out this recently updated blog article or the help documentation.

You can also watch the following short video to learn how to create, download, and view a report.

The video showcases the credit report, which was enhanced in the June 2024 update of ArcGIS Online to include information about storage credit usage, imagery analysis credit usage, and more.

Once you’ve tried administrative reports for yourself, let us know what you think!
