Hi, I'm getting this error when trying to access Notebook online: An ArcGIS Notebook Server is not currently configured.
I'm using ArcGIS for Personal Use. Please help!

Is this requirement to create a feature service first documented anywhere in the ArcGIS Online Notebooks documentation?

Which would be two places I'd expect to see such a key piece of information. We had a user wasting hours of their time until I stumbled across this thread.
If this is not a documented requirement then it must be treated as a bug in ArcGIS Online.
