Hello,

It is our understanding that esri has applied some changes to the VRP solver on ArcGIS Online yesterday. Can you please confirm if you applied any changes to the way you calculate the time stamps on out_stops or out_directions output parameters ? we are experiencing a shift in arrival times as of this morning( February 2nd 2022)

Regards,

Ihab

@IhabElAttar

Yes we updated the VRP service in ArcGIS Online around 5 PM pacific time on 02/01/2022 to use a new version of street data. As part of this data update, our data vendor (HERE) has updated the historical traffic speeds for North America to be based on averages that are generally taken from after the pandemic. So this should result in updated travel times for the routes reported by the VRP service.

In case you see additional issues, feel free to describe them on this thread or reach out to Esri technical support.

@deelesh Thanks for your response. we are still investigating this but it seems that there is something wrong about the time stamps on the out_directions. They are always returning timestamps around 2:00 pm EST!
