Unable to add a network - script error

Hello,

I am trying to run network analyst, but whenever I add some network data I get this script error.

I cannot seem to find a solution anywhere!

Any suggestions?

It does appear to be a problem with VB script.  However it appears to be installed and working...

Does anyone know how to re-install it? As I can't find much information on how to do it.
