Please excuse my ignorance, I have searched high and low and can't find any information on this...
How does one go about modeling time variable turn restrictions in Network Analyst?
Ex. No Left turns between 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Desrired outcome would be that I set the Start Time in the Route properties and it will optimize the route factoring in the turn restrictions as the route progresses throughout the day.
