Hi
I have a question regarding turn restrictions based on the time of day - e.g. no right turn between 6-9AM.
I have searched the threads and understand the workaround for the process i.e. creating multiple turn restrictions and manually selecting them from the arcmap route properties.
My question is this: Is it possible to directly automate the process through the network dataset attribute properties in arccatalog?
Any help will be greatly appreciated!
