We are using ArcMap 10.8 to create a map that uses the route and closest facility from Network analyst. We publish a map service to use in an API to solve the routes. In the API when we go to add the facilities or incidents, they just snap to the closest street to create the route. When they occur at an overpass or an underpass, is there a way to select which street the point gets snapped? If the facility or incident is closer to the overpass but it is really on the underpass it will route incorrectly. How do I stop that from happening?
