I am looking to modify the resources xml file to provide more location specific instructions for my pedestrian network. Is there any sort of tutorial or information on doing this?
I've used a NA Directions Localization Guide 10 document for the translation purposes some years ago. It does provide a good idea on what all those tags really mean. Try contacting a local Esri rep to see if they could share this with you.
Otherwise, I am pretty sure there is no public documentation on this.
