How to plan the location for building a warehouse?

I am currently developing a system aimed at determining strategic locations for establishing a logistics warehouse for packaged beverages. The main aspects considered are accessibility, store reach, and consumer characteristics. Could anyone provide guidance on how to build this system using ArcGIS ?.

Generally you can use the Location-Allocation solver for warehouse locations. It will minimize distance to the places you want to deliver to. The inputs are the location of your demand points (places to deliver to) and the candidate facilities from which you can pick your warehouses. You need to use your consumer characteristics and anything else that is important to find a list of suitable candidates that you can input to the location-allocation solver and then solve for the optimal number based on how far you want to deliver to (cutoff).
