How to modify stop names in Directions / Route to all Features tool within Portal Web Map

Hello,

I published routing services using the utility publishroutingservices.bat with an internal network dataset and using the default ArcGIS World Geocoding Service. Our users mainly want to use the Directions tool; specifically the "Route to all Features" on point datasets.

However the problem we're having is the tool doesn't provide an option to pick which column to use for the stop names. On Portal it's defaulting to the OBJECTID (see image below). When testing the same dataset in AGOL it defaults to the address field which we want.

I'm unsure if this stems from the Geocoder, utility service, or my network dataset. Is there a way I can customize forcing an input parameter in the Directions tool?
