I am currently working on a couple of Service Area Analysis based on public transport data and am wondering how "strict" the tool takes time? Let's say I enter 08:00 as arrival time at a facility, will the tool consider that exact time only? In other words, would a bus arriving at 07:50 not be considered?
Interesting. I don't know either, but I'm glad you're able to get your work done.
If you have the time and are interested, I would still greatly appreciate it if you are willing to test my special tool version using the old data that was causing the problem, just to see if my changes fix the problem. Several users have run into this!
