Creating a Custom Route Service

We are trying to create point to point driving for our customers.  Unfortunately our street coverage is better than that provided by StreeMap as we have created a lot of GPS accurate streets.  In order to create our own service for using the Find Route application do we need to have a Network Analyst extension?

Hi Robert,

yes, if you intend to build a custom network "enriched" by your own data you will have to create a network dataset of ALL roads to be used ... and this will be possible with Network Analyst and the appropriate source data only
