Hello, I have created several Routes through ArcPro, and Shared as a Route Layer to my Portal. Due to the IPAD not downloading the .MMPK from Portal, I have side loaded it using the File Transfer method. When I am attempting to use one of the Portal Routes, I am getting an error saying:
Route Unavailable. This route does not overlap with your maps extent. When working on an Android Device, I am able to download the MMPK from the Portal > Maps front page and load the routes just fine.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Using ArcPro 3.5.0, Enterprise 11.5, Navigator Version 24.1.0

After many attempts, the errors turned out to be outside of ESRI. What we had to do was adjust the Firewall, and uninstall, reinstall the Navigator Application for several devices.
Hi @Amarz , can you tell me more about the MMPK not downloading to your iPad? Are you getting an error message? And just to confirm, you are only having issues with your iPad, correct? You are able to complete this workflow with your Android device?
@Kerri Thanks for responding. The MMPK is used from local data, and after side loading it to the Ipad, it will load as expected. The error I am getting is when I am attempting to Select one of the premade routes from my Enterprise Portal they bring the error stated above. Where the Routes are Unavailable.
On my andriod device, I am able to download the MMPK from the Portal itself, and select any one for the three available routes.
