Keep getting this error, unsure why. The route is shared with my organization, and it is still not working.

Hey @ErikPliego

Would you be able to share any screenshots of the network, along with the errors you're getting? I'd also be sure to check that the network is creating junctions at vertex crossings and not just endpoints.

Hey @ErikPliego

Been doing some additional searching for this, just a long shot, is location sharing turned on for your org?

That was not turned on. I did this and it did nothing. Any other ideas?

@ErikPliego What tool did you use to create the route? Also, for the map you are using in ArcGIS Navigator, is that an Esri provided map or did you create that map with your own data?

I'm experiencing a very similar issue - routes made in AGOL not being loadable into the Navigator app.

As an aside, I noted that while the Navigator app is now included with the User Types we subscribe to, it seems for the app to function as described we have to purchase a Location Sharing license? It's nearly impossible to find out how much it is, or indeed if it is possible to purchase this license separately. Any guidance is helpful.

@CS_VT How are you creating your routes in AGOL?

Navigator is now included with Mobile Users and above. You do not have to purchase a location sharing license to make Navigator work.

Hi @KerriRasmussen! Thanks for you reply.

The routes in AGOL are essentially "bespoke." I'm working on a project that requires covering ground from previous testing and we weave through several layers and drop points on the map with the Directions/Route tool. The points are just "point and clicked" into exisitence, so there's no dataset we're working from. Hence the "bespoke" quality. Happy to elaborate if necessary.

Thanks for the update on the licensing. Your statement was my initial impression, but there still appears to be some documentation out there that suggests another extension is required - at least for location sharing. here it is.

Though that has more to do with just turning location sharing on in our organization. I'll see if my other colleague who also has admin rights can turn it on.
