ArcGIS Navigator provides support for field teams needing reliable, turn-by-turn navigation, even when offline. With support for custom travel modes and routing on private or leased roads, it empowers organizations to optimize mobility and find assets in even the most remote locations.

As part of our ongoing modernization efforts, we’re updating Navigator to align with the latest Android and iOS mobile technologies. However, due to a known compatibility issue, Navigator will be temporarily unavailable on the Google Play Store for devices running Android 14 or higher starting November 1, 2025. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we prepare to release the next-generation version of Navigator.

In the meantime, we encourage you to stay informed by joining our Early Adopter Community, where you’ll be among the first to access the beta release.

Thank you for your continued support as we evolve ArcGIS Navigator to meet the future of field routing.

Workaround for Android 14+ Devices

If you need access to Navigator on affected devices, you can download and install the APK directly by following the instructions in this article 'How do I download Navigator for ArcGIS without access to Google Play?'
