Check the token url such as (https://serverhost.domain.com:6443/arcgis/tokens/generateToken) works in a browser and can successfu...ate a token. There should be no need to manually edit/update the token config (JSON). If the token is generated, it should allow System Log Parser to access the logs. Also check the ArcGIS Server url such as (https://serverhost.domain.com:6443/arcgis) is accessible from the machine running System Log Parser ...
