We are experiencing 'Request Error Percent' alerts that are not being cleared from the Open Alerts filter.

It has occurred numerous times alongside other 'Request Error Percent' alerts created at the same time yet this entry never gets resolved. It adopted the same status ('Critical' and 'Warning') yet contains no other attributes and looses its link to the component or source. Can manually apply 'Resolved' but it doesn't remove this alert from the open alerts.

We have monitor 2023.1 in a disconnected environment (hence no screenshot). This has been seen against server components and services on Win 2012 and Win 2019 machines.

Can you clarify:  1 "a disconnected environment", server and agent installed on separate machines, firewall or proxy?  2. "looses its link to the component or source", does this mean the alerting service is not showing anymore, e.g. has been deleted?

Hi Andrew, server and monitor agent installed on separate machines in same environment that is disconnected from www (sorry, its a detail often important that we throw to esri support).

Alerts are unable to be removed/deleted from open alerts and have no details other then Alert Source (Request Error Percent), Opened At, Duration and State (can change state). If I click the Alert Source title hyperlink the page navigates to "Alerts > Request Error Percent - undefined" and again has no details.

Thanks

We have something similar except with 'Storage Capacity Utilized' alerts. When you click on the alert there is no information so I cannot tell which component the alert relates to. It also has the word 'undefined' in the alert title. We have version 2023.2.0

Have you had any luck yet?
