I just upgraded to 2023.3.1 and it seems to have broken my deployment even more. Two of my ArcGIS Servers are not showing up and throwing errors when I try to run the observer.

Hi @GeoJosh do we have an ETA for this release? Every time someone exports data from a report it seems to create a new usage report with the timestamp as the name and breaks monitor.
Hi @DavidMcCorkindale1, development is planning to release 2024.0 in June.
Hi @GeoJosh do we have a revised timeline for this release? We're constantly running into this bug and then finding we don't have data for analysis when experiencing system issues.
2024.0 for Windows will be released on August 15th. My apologies for the delay and inconvenience this defect has caused.
Josh
Will this update actually be released in 2024?
Hi @WhitneyLoy,
Due to circumstances beyond the control of the ArcGIS Monitor Dev team, the release date of ArcGIS Monitor 2024.0 was delayed. The new release date is Aug 28.
We apologize for any inconvenience. Thanks for your patience.
I am working with a client configuring ArcGIS Monitor 2023.3. We applied the fix listed above. However, ArcGIS Server keeps getting disconnected. We had to delete the numeric usage reports again. Is there any workaround other than automating the deletion of the numeric usage reports.

Hi @B_Franey,
Can you please upgrade the client's deployment to ArcGIS Monitor 2024.0? The issue is addressed in this update. In fact, we will be releasing ArcGIS Monitor 2024.0.1 in early Oct. I suggest you please wait for this release.
Hope this helps,
Hi Derek,
Do you have an estimated date for ArcGIS Monitor 2024.0.1? Does it address the issue with Registering Portal for ArcGIS?
Thanks,
Bryan
Hi @B_Franey,
The ArcGIS Monitor 2024.0.1 patch is scheduled for release on Thursday Oct 3rd. And yes, it does include the fix for registering an Enterprise portal with Monitor.
Hope this helps,
