I set the observers for the Components to either 5 minutes or 15 minutes. But Most of the ArcGIS Elements show updates on a 1 minute timeframe. They may get displayed in 5 or 15 minutes, but will show all of the metrics obtained during that time. Is there a way to change the configuration so that all of the metrics are collected at 5/15 minute intervals? I would like to be able to use 5 or 15 minutes to reduce the amount of data being collected, and only change to 1 minute when looking at specific issues.
