Inaccurate duration of Portal alerts

We have a Portal component set up to alert when the Federation Validation does not succeed. We are exporting this to a feature service, and if you look at the Created and Resolved timestamps, these only add up to about 7 minutes. However, the Duration field says 13 minutes. Why such a large discrepancy?

Hi Eric, the "Created At" field tracks when the alert record is inserted into ArcGIS Monitor's data repository, not when the alert is actually opened. If you check the difference between the "Opened At" and "Closed At" fields, you should find that the duration is accurate.
