ArcSOC Optimizer Monitor category missing

In our ArcGIS Monitor Administrator, I created two ArcSOC optimizer tasks and can successfully test the one-day and 30-day configurations. I can also see the test results and reports are generated in the correct location.
However, when reading the readme file that accompanies the zip file, I saw the following image of the ArcGIS Monitor.
I cannot see this entry for ArcGIS Optimizer in my ArcGIS Monitor. The task is already under our production collection, but it doesn't in the ArcGIS category of the monitor. How can I add it to our dashboard?
