ArcGIS Monitor 2024.0 Unable to Generate Token when Registering Portal

At 2023.3.1, I didn't have any issues registering my Portal.  However at 2024.0 I receive an Unable to Generate Token error when registering through the component discovery.  I have confirm that I am using an administrator account.  Note that this is an HA portal and I have attempted this with two different HA portals.

Hello @GeoJosh ,

The bug page says it is fixed but when I go to downloads on my.esri.com I do not see a patch. Please let me know the ETA on this patch.

@HarithaVendra, Development work has just finished on the patch. It will be released in mid-October.

We will begin installing ArcGIS Monitor 2024.0 for Linux in a few days.

 

What do we need to do to get 2024.0.1?
