ArcGIS Monitor 2023.3.1 - "NO DATA" and Missing Metrics After Reregistration

Hello

A critical issue encountered with our ArcGIS Monitor 2023.3.1 instance. We have two separate single-machine ArcGIS Enterprise 11.4 environments registered with this Monitor instance.

We recently observed that the status for all components across both environments abruptly changed to "NO DATA." To attempt resolution, we reregistered the components. However, after reregistration, we found that performance metrics and graphs are not populating for any of the components in either environment.

We have already performed the following troubleshooting steps without success:

  • Reregistered the components.
  • Disconnected and reconnected the ArcGIS Monitor agent.
  • Restarted relevant server services.

    The issue persists, and we are currently unable to view any performance metrics or visualizations, significantly impacting our monitoring capabilities.

    We kindly request your urgent guidance and assistance in resolving this issue.

Hi @AnkitaGawai,

Please upgrade to a more current release of ArcGIS Monitor, as v 2023.3.1 is in mature support per the Monitor product life cycle

Many bugs with metric reporting were fixed in the Monitor 2024.x releases, but I recommend that you upgrade to Monitor 2025.

Be advised that AM Agents are now required to be installed on hosts where you want to collect data from, starting with the Monitor 2024 release.
