When I am viewing an alert, I can view the history of that metric by selecting a period of time such as "last 15 minutes", "last 24 hours", "last 7 days"...., but I can't specifically request to see a 2 hour period from 5 days ago. If I request "last 7 days", everything is squeezed together, and it's not very easy to read. It gets worse if you want to view a particular day 8 months ago ("last 1 year") I think there might be a way to do this under the Analysis tab, but this is very cumbersome. I have to record the details of the metric and jump over to Analysis and create a query to see what happened 5 days ago. This is most likely not something that I'm going to need later, so then I have to delete this query after viewing it. I haven't been able to create the graph that I need under Analysis, so I don't really know if that is a possible solution. It would be so much easier if I could enter the required time period right there on the metric detail screen.
