ArcGIS Monitor 2023 Http counter

ArcGIS Monitor 10.8.1 has the Http Counter that  allow you to track the HTTP response code, response time, content length, server time, and network time for specific URLs but in ArcGIS monitor 2023 there is nothing similar. It could be very interesting to be able to have this counter in the new ArcGIS Monitor 2023.

Create a new component to integrate a external REST services (for example not esri, but with a json response) to collect and create a query on the data response using the actual metrics for count, evarage or using a SQL statement.

Please add support for public and secured endpoints (ex: ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise partners).

A vote from me! We utilised this functionality a lot in the older version (10.8.x), and seems like a huge step-back to exclude this from the newer versions. Please consider adding this functionality back!
