Can we change the default converted to Plate Carrée (WKID: 32662) in local scene?

As the following picture said, if we use the WGS84 in local scene, data will be converted to Plate Carrée (WKID: 32662) to reproject the data on a planar surface.

Is there any possible to change this transform? For example, I want to converted to WKID:32651.
