How do I get the Earth Center in Cartesian Coordinates (HP Position)

Hi,

I have a simple Question. What are the Coordinates of the Center of the Earth in the HP Precision Framework. 
Is it 0,0,0 on a HPTransform?

In need to find the corresponding normal of the surface of the earth given a point. And I would assume thats the simplest way to get it.
