Since beginning of December I've not been able to use/load any of the three OpenStreetMap (Beta) Roads, Buildings or POIs layers. I get an error message saying 'Too much data to draw, synced artwork may be unaffected.' (please see attached screenshot and error report).

This error appears both with new documents and when I'm loading previous documents where I had no issues using the OpenStreetMap layers. Does anybody have the same issue or have any clues on how to solve it?

Cheers!

Hi ks_sustrans,

Thanks for reaching out. The old OpenStreetMap layers were deprecated. A new set of layers are now available under Maps for Creative Cloud -> OpenStreetMap (Beta) node. Let us know if you still have problems accessing the layers.

Thank you!

Hi  XingdongZhang,

Many thanks for sorting this out, the new layers are working just fine now.

Much appreciated! 🙂
