MACC won't open .AIX file

MACC: 3.6

Error: "The file "...aix" is an unknown format and connot be opened. 

See screenshots. What is the special recipie of versions for this error today?

I am sorry for the inconvenience. Have you upgraded/downgraded Adobe Illustrator recently? If so, that is most likely the cause of the issue. To workaround the problem, you need to uninstall and reinstall ArcGIS Maps for Adobe on your machine. The team is looking for a solution to address the Adobe upgrades.
