I have signed up for a complimentary Esri for Adobe CC extension. Our team then purchased the Professional Basic Esri Subsription which comes with ArcGIS online. Now when I login with my Ersi credentials into extension it still shows me logged in as complimentary and thus prevents me from increasing DPI in the dialogue box as well as few other features.
I’ve spent several days on the phone with Esri’s support team and we tried reinstalling Illustrator + extension, deleting cache and history from my web browser but nothing seems to work.
Please advice on how I can remove “complimentary” status and actually use my ArcGis online login to be creating maps in illustrator.
