Since I've upgraded to the patch of Arcgispro 3.5.4, I am experiencing crashes when exporting to aix whereas before never. An .aix file is created after about 5 mins of processing, the .aix file is created and only amounts to 4kb's and the program crashes and pop-up appears where I can notify esri and provide details. I provided info many times.
What I've tried:
Clear display cached, after completing content and layers changes in layout (for example, adding layers to Legend in layout) I save project and close layout and re-open it, removing layers in the cloud and making them local when possible, changed dpi setting in export window, close map and layout and reopen just before export. I have gone through the arduous task of turning off/on layers and I found one layer was problematic which I replaced. I thought success, but the crashes continue.
Our organization uses onedrive to sync with content which is in the cloud and I understand this can be an issue. For a while, I theorized a feature layer maybe locked which caused the issue, but I am watching and exporting when all is sync'd.
Any help would be appreciated, again this is a new behavior, I've never experienced this crashing before 3.5.4.
Thanks for any thoughts,
Hylon
Hi @HylonPlumb,
I have a couple follow up questions for you. Are you able to share some more information about your current OS version? Is this only happening when exporting .aix? Or do you also see a crash when exporting other file formats? Additionally, are you able to share your Pro package with us so that we can try to reproduce this issue in house?
