Add-on stalls when downloading into Art Work Layers

Question

I'm having trouble downloading the map data from the ArcGIS Maps for Adobe CC. I think it's because the add-on can't access my C drive to download the data to a temporary location. I get the error, "could not save webmap to local file system"

Is there a way to change the location to where the add-on downloads the information?

I work on an enterprise computer and don't have admin rights, and therefore can't access the hard drive on the computer.

Are your using Windows or Mac? In Windows, the app downloads and saves your maps into your user document folder like "C:/Users/YourUserName/Documents/Adobe/", which doesn't requires an admin permission. Can you try to create folder/file in that directory to see if that works? If you doesn't have any write permission to the folder, you may talk to your system admin to find a solution. The app doesn't have an option for downloading files to a network shared folder.
