I know the Legacy mapping profiles have been officially retired, but the layer organization was just so much nicer and cleaner in the Legacy vector streetmap basemaps.
Any chance that there will be improved categorization for the new Default basemaps to reflect similar organization? Layers for text labels/highway symbols broken out by type and population size; Transportation sublayers broken out by functional class types; Geographical features on their own sublayers for water, rivers, parks, hospital/medical, universities, etc. – these were a huge part of my workflow and now I do feel like I'm spending a fair bit of time filtering through text halo effects in one giant sublayer to get the linework I need.
