I'm trying to create text that has an arrow attached to it, but I'm not sure how to do that. I thought I could start by creating a point and adding a label to it, but I can't even create a point! I tried using the basic tutorial to help me create a point, but that didn't help me either. I don't know how to change an existing layer's properties to be able to add a point. All my layers currently are set up for polygons. Hoping someone can help me with this. Thanks!
