Offline Capable Living Atlas Layers?

Is there a list of Living Atlas layers that are offline capable to use in an app like Collector or Survey123?  If not, what is the best way to search for them?  I searched sync and offline and only found a handful.

Hello Tyler,

Thank you for your question. There are no layers in the Living Atlas with offline capability, however we do offer basemap-specific layers offline:

Tiled Basemaps

Vector Basemaps (for Export)

Are there any plans to change this?  We would really like to be able to take NAIP imagery offline in Collector without hosting in our org (and eating all those credits).

We are finding many places where Esri world imagery has a 15-30' shift from other imagery sources from other sources such as NAIP or USGS.
