Obesity Data below County?

Is there any obesity data below county in BAO or Living Atlas?  E.g. it would be ideal to even get ZIP-level data?  I'm in Phoenix, Maricopa County, Arizona.

Yes, there is: The "CDC 500 Cities Project - All Measures 2016" layer has obesity prevalence data for cities and tracts within the Phoenix area:

I sent you to the 2016 data since that was the most recent, but actually the 2017 version of the 500 cities layer was just added to Living Atlas earlier this week!
