Can't add USGS Historical Topographic Maps from Living Atlas and can't get USGS Historical Topographic Map Viewer page to load

Hi everyone,

I'm getting a 502 error (bad gateway?) when trying to add the USGS Historical Topographic Maps imagery layer from the Living Atlas today. Yesterday it worked perfectly fine. I thought I would try the historical topo map explorer site itself (https://livingatlas.arcgis.com/topomapexplorer/index.html) to download the maps directly, but it's not working for me, either. It currently says "could not verify the type of service. Please review the service URL..." in the lefthand pane.

I wanted to see if this is a widespread issue or if this is a me issue and whether or not anyone had any suggestions on how to fix it. Thanks!

Are you still running into this issue? I have not been able to reproduce the issue, so I'd be curious if you could send the steps so that I can send this to our development team.
