Enable exports for the USA Soils Map Units layer

It seems that export is disabled for USA Soils Map Units layer in the Living Atlas. It would be great if it were enabled. 

Case 1: Our biologists would like to be able to export a list of map unit symbols within a radius using the Near Me widget in Experience Builder, but I can't enable downloads for that layer because Allow Export is grayed out in the Data panel.

Case 2: our GIS Analysts would like to be able to export selected soil features for analysis to improve performance since the layer is so huge, but they can't do that in Pro by simply right clicking in the TOC and selecting Data/Export Features. Instead, they have to do a Clip process (or something that produces an output layer), which takes longer.

You could cut out the middleman, just go straight to the source and get it from the Web Soil Survey. Supports AOI-based exports and is really easy to use.
