Doing more with Living Atlas basemap labels using VTSE

You can edit and customize base labels and blur the lines of what's possible using new capabilities in the Vector Tile Style Editor (VTSE). The VTSE can now be used to isolate specific labels, remove them, or change their style. Combined with other capabilities of the VTSE, this provides more customization capabilities and blurs the lines of maps vs. basemaps.
