weighted overlay table as a parameter in gp sevice

how can i set weighted overlay table as a parameter in gp service.

I am able to mark weighted overlay table as parameter in Model Builder, which is running in arcgis desktop.

but while going to publish gp service the parameter value is constant, how can change it "user defined".
