I am creating a GeoForm and I want to generate a confirmation number after an issue is submitted via the Geoform. I have done quite a bit of searching and exploring libraries, but it doesn't look like there is a way to capture an insert event on a hosted layer, and update the record as soon as it is created.
Does anyone have any other ideas how this can be accomplished? Right now it seems my only option is to write an automated process that runs every few minutes to write a confirmation number to new records.
