Print Function not working

Print Function shows only lines. the exiting map is not printing. For Print function use arcgis.js print function.

PrintTask(url) is used to print

Can you provide a demo of the map and layers used? Are there any errors in the console when printing? There's no way to tell what is happening based on what you provided.

Are the map layers publicly available, or do they require permissions to view? If the print task doesn't have permissions to view the layers, they won't be included in the output.
