Message "Creating legend..." and no legend is shown

Hi all

I am running the sample

and pointing to a local ArcGIS Map Service running a map that has more than 20 layers.

The web page shows the message ""Creating legend...", but I left it run for several minutes and there isn't any legend.

Any suggestions?

Are you getting any error messages in the console?

If you go to the layers you are loading do they have a Legend section on the rest services like on the layers in example?

If your local arcserver is publically accessible it might help if you made a little example of your issue in jsfiddle.
