Issue on 4.2.. Console Error missing prefix for version when load dojo js

When you use the 4.2 , even in the samples Custom Recenter Widget - 4.2  there is a console error when loads dojo js. In the 4.1 does not have this issue

  This looks like a bug for the Spanish locale in 4.2 and needs to be reported to esri tech support. If you are an international user then you would call your local esri office and then will report this issue to esri.
