Insert custom widget icon at specific index

I have a list of widgets in the top-left. When I select the Sketch widget, I add a new widget that triggers some custom javascript to clear all the sketch graphic features. Just below my Sketch widget I have the Map Export/Print widget. The new clear sketch icon gets added below the Print widget. Is it possible to add the new custom widget just in between the Sketch and Print widgets?
