We followed this doc: Proxy pages with the API (https://developers.arcgis.com/javascript/latest/proxies) and used this resource-proxy: https://github.com/Esri/resource-proxy/tree/master/DotNet before. But Esri stopped to support it.

They can help bring in technical resources to evaluate your configuration, understand your scalability and security requirements, and make recommendations.
