how to intall ArcGIS server javascript library2.1 in local tomcat or weblogic

Dear ESRI,
     I have downloaded ArcGIS javascript library 2.1 and 2.2 in my computer,because I feel referencing it online can greatly affect work efficience,giving this,I want to install it in my computer,
howerver,the document your company provided only tell me how to install it on iis.I would appreciate it greatly,if you could give me help,that is how to install it in tomcat or weblogic.

Did you every figure out how to deploy it to Tomcat?  I've deployed it, but I get an error when I try to view services with the javascript viewer.  If I point the arcgis jsapi to another IIS server, it works fine, but not the one on Tomcat.
