i want to change the color of particular buildings as per condition,Kindly somebody help me .

i tried "Coloring options for textured buildings | ArcGIS API for JavaScript 4.13 " by using this code Every time i reload the page the output screen changes that is webscene map is been show instead of SceneLayer map and when i try to click widget the color does not changes of buildings as per scene layer. Kindly please help me to overcome this issue.Thank you
