Are you asking if the esri/tasks/Geoprocessor class will be available in the final release of the JavaScript 4.0 API?
Yes, I did not see it in the beta docs and we use it often for custom work
for our clients.
All classes that are in the 3.14 version of the API should make it into the 4.0 version, according to this post
