Greetings All,
So I am working on developing a customized web application for my agency and i have run into a problem. After developing the web map and application temple that I want to deploy, registering the application with ESRI and downloading the app code I need to tweak the behavior of the info pop-up window. Normally I would edit the attributes of the esri.InfoTemplate but as i look through the widgets/config files/jason files I don't see any place where I can do this in the web app.
The only thing I need to change is to allow the user to move the info window within the application after it pops up
I have attached the code for the application that was downloaded.
